Joanna Schulman is Founder / CEO of AIDIA Collective Inc., (Artificial Intelligence + Digital Innovation + Advisory) a digital therapeutics development and commercialization company. AIDIA builds solutions that address the underlying behavioral components of chronic conditions including pain, SUD, anxiety/mental wellness and cognitive disorders. AIDIA also helps leading digital health companies commercialize and integrate their technologies into the continuum of care via payer and provider networks. Joanna is also founder and Managing Partner of Thallo Bioscience Advisors a transactional and strategic advisory firm serving clients globally in the Life Sciences sector. Thallo specializes in corporate development and growth strategies, partnering and licensing, M&A and capital raising. Joanna has been an advisor to the NIH-SBIR Commercialization Program, the Malaysian government’s Commercialization Assistance Program and the US DoD’s TATRC program. She is an active committee member and speaker for industry organizations including BIO, California Life Sciences Association, EBD-Digital Health Showcase and HardwareCon. Joanna received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Wesleyan University, CT and her Master’s degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
